It was such an absolute surprise to have Steve and his son come at very short notice to identify why my bore wasn't working.Their customer service was impeccable and I felt so comfortable with their explanation to the problem.I think what impressed me the most was the promptness of the repair which was completed the next day.Steve followed up to check that I was happy with everything.If you are looking for a company to fix your bore problems I cannot speak highly enough of their service and repair.Do yourself a favour and bypass all the big companies.because with Steve and his son you will get good old customer service and honesty at a very competitive price.

I was told by another drilling company that my pump was stuck and I would need another bore drilled. When I called Steve he was able to recover my stuck pump and replace it. He has saved me time, money and I have avoided having my driveway dug up for a new bore which I didn’t need. Anyone with a stuck pump should call Steve for a second opinion. Great outcome.

Seriously good service from a highly knowledgeable and professional guy. At short notice on a scorching hot day just prior to the holiday period, Steve from Aquarian swung by to assist with the diagnosis of a shared bore fault. He shared useful info with me and helped me locate some crucial components. Certainly felt like he was trustworthy and very generous with his time. Absolutely outstanding !!! After being advised the bore was dry (Living next to a lake with the highest water level in 20 years !!) and that I would need a new bore and pump installed for $6K Aquarian's Steve was contact for a 2nd opinion, Steve was onsite for less than a minute & he'd identified and fixed the issue.Too many call themselves specialist nowadays !Steve and the Aquarian Drilling crew you've got the real deal, Love your work, Appreciated.
